Why can't I receive the confirmation email when I sign up?

If you're not receiving the confirmation email during sign-up, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:


1.     Check your Spam/Junk folder: Sometimes, emails end up there instead of your inbox.


2.     Verify the email address: Double-check that you've entered the correct email address during sign-up, and ensure there are no typos.


3.     Resend the confirmation email: Look for an option to resend the confirmation email from the sign-up page or in your account settings.


4.     Try a different email provider: If you’re using a Yahoo email address, their email blocking system might be interfering with the delivery. Switching to Gmail or

another provider could resolve the issue.


5.     Check email filters: If you’ve set up email filters, they could be redirecting the confirmation email elsewhere. Disable them temporarily to test.


6.     Check your email provider's delivery policy: Some email providers might block certain types of emails. If you're using a corporate or custom domain email, check with your IT department to see if their email server is blocking the delivery.


If none of these steps work, contacting support for your email provider or your service provider might be necessary.
