Users can subscribe to monthly or annual billing plans. Each subscription tier specifies explicit cloud rendering credits, automated subtitle limits, processing prioritization queues, and export options, as detailed on our Pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify subscription features and pricing structures. Any price changes will be communicated to users in advance and will apply only to future subscription renewals.

Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of your billing cycle. To prevent service interruptions, our subscription plans use automated recurring charging protocols:

Users are responsible for maintaining valid and updated payment methods within their account dashboard to ensure successful renewals.

You can cancel your Vshorts.ai subscription at any time directly through your account dashboard settings. Canceling your subscription stops future recurring charges from being processed.

Following cancellation, you will retain access to paid features and your remaining credit balance until the end of your current pre-paid billing period. Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund for previous payments.

If a recurring subscription payment fails, our payment gateway will retry the charge within a designated window. During this period, account access may be paused until billing is resolved.

You can update your billing details in your settings panel at any time to restore access to your subscription features.

Subscription fees are subject to applicable statutory taxes. For purchases completed within India, the statutory Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be added at checkout according to local tax regulations.

Tax invoices detailing our corporate identities and your provided business tax identifiers are generated automatically and can be accessed within your billing dashboard.

Discount codes, promotional offers, referral balances, and introductory pricing tiers feature unique usage terms. Promotional balances and credits cannot be converted into cash currencies or transferred between user accounts.

Refund policies do not apply to our Free Plan or promotional Free Trials, as no subscription fees are captured for these evaluation tiers. We reserve the right to update or adjust Free Plan usage limits at any time.

All subscription payments and billing processes are handled via secure third-party payment gateways, including Stripe and Razorpay. Vshorts.ai does not view or store complete raw payment card numbers on its servers.

Temporary platform downtime for maintenance, localized internet connection drops, or cloud vendor outages do not automatically qualify a user for a financial refund. In cases of significant or prolonged system service disruptions, we may issue platform credits at our discretion.

Nothing within this policy template modifies or excludes mandatory statutory consumer rights provided by applicable laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived. If local regulations mandate specific refund conditions, those legal rights will take precedence over these terms.
