• Solution: For the best results, we recommend uploading videos that are at least 3 minutes long. Ideally, videos should be 15 minutes or more to give the AI ample content to analyse and clip. Shorter videos may not provide enough context for effective clipping.

2. Poor Audio Quality

• Problem: AI relies on speech recognition, so videos with unclear audio or heavy background noise can affect its performance. Accents, mumbled speech, or distorted sound may also hinder the transcription process.
• Solution: Ensure that your video has high-quality audio with clear speech and minimal interference. If there’s background music, try reducing it or eliminating it for better AI accuracy.

3. Exceeded Usage Limits

• Problem: If you’ve hit your monthly usage limit, AI clipping may be temporarily unavailable. Each plan comes with a set number of minutes for uploads and exports.
• Solution: Check your current plan's limits to see if you've exceeded them:
• Free Plan: 60 minutes of uploads per month.
• Creator Plan: 400 - 1300 minutes of uploads per month.
